Seymour Birkhoff started hacking at an early age and faked his death as a teenager to avoid military school. He is a tech genius, the former head of IT at a secret unit of the government known as Division, and was part of the team that eventually brought Division down.

Now it's a few years on, he's once more extremely wealthy (oh puh'lease it's not stealing if you're hacking criminals accounts), and supposedly free to rejoin regular society.

Like that's gonna happen.
